My current situation and criticism of the account disabling system

Hello to all who read this and I hope you are keeping well

Earlier today I got some scary news that my account was getting taken down for TOS violation. Now as I have read and there are many many reports of people asking for their account back but I'm here to just summarise what I have found and how the system is flawed.

I have been using discord for almost 3 years now. During recent times I reinstalled it as we were going back down into lockdown as I recently got a job to teach High-school students in the fields of Information Technology. I have taken to discord mainly as a means for me to communicate with my students, who not only think I'm the coolest teacher ever but also as an alternative to being able to express their selves and be normal and who they want to be.
The students who I teach are typically higher grade and are under extreme pressure not only from the schooling system but from the mental and psychological effects of covid and the lockdown.

Now as I was getting back into it I was intrigued at the API specifically the bot API and began trying my stuff, one of my actions I think is related to why my account was taken down and I have explained it fully and I hope Discord take into consideration my apology.

In my report which I sent to Discord support (13101581), I listed all my recent actions and explained the importance of my work and much more, One being the fact that I am a loyal discord user and Nitro user who has never missed a single payment.

When I was reading the forums and other articles, I quickly noticed that most accounts are supposed "falsely accused", even if they were I still feel that there should be some more control over people who are intending to do wrong and perhaps improve the appeal system for those who are truly innocent. I do not support those who I have mentioned above and are in the wrong but I genuinely think this needs to be improved.

Lastly, I want to conclude with a note that I also learn from one of the classes that I am currently teaching. One student in my class was showing off his project on a csgo scoring bot and how he used these things that I was unaware of and that is of Webhooks. He showed how he could send messages using very little code and showed me at least because we are all admin in my class server, how vulnerable and yet useful the site can be at the same time. My students showed me pictures of how they are used to raid popular servers that they were in and one server even shut down completely. It was a bit scary and they helped me learn how truly broken the system is. The fact that so little code can be used to destroy someone's pride and joy and still get away with it is heartbreaking, and for people like myself, who are trying to teach young men in a sudo classroom environment who are struggling to conform and keep In touch with society, and for me to get disabled and not be able to teach them for however long it takes... in my mind is the real pain here. The account is my only access to my students using my teaching style and methods. Yes, we have many other platforms to teach on, but my student's barely learn anything let alone pitch to class because they are so demotivated using those platforms. I now have to wait while Discord processes my application to get back to my Students who I genuinely love and adore from a teaching perspective.

I hope this works out because I am grieved by my loss so I ask you, Discord, to please review my ticket with the utmost urgency and swiftly respond as soon as you are ready to.
