Increase server roles limit

I am here to request this long awaited feature that a lot of people are also talking about in the forums for years. Basically, some large communities like Political, Language Learning, and International servers or just a large scaled server with numerous bonus roles like "color roles" require a lot of roles slots. The current 250 limit is totally alright, but for huge servers it's not enough. Adding additional 250 roles(total 500) will be enough if that isn't too much to ask for😁.

Here are some other use cases for this:
1. An international politics server with a role for each nation and administrative roles. ( There's over 200 internationally recognized countries in the world at present. And if you add in disputed territories, you're over 250 just with that. This is useful information to have at a glance when discussing such a complex subject. )
2. A linguistics server with a role for each language and the user's proficiency in it. ( Even if you ignore the rare languages, there's still a lot of them. And at minimum you want a role for a native speaker, for a fluent speaker, and for a learning speaker. )
3. A server for API/bot testing - particularly testing the speed of mass role creation and mass role deletion.
4. Bot and integration heavy servers in general
5. Transient roles for mass games run over Discord that are created and deleted on the fly in a volume enough to warrant more than 250 roles.

We have been saying this for years. 250 is simply nothing in a server with 90k members like ours. There's so many examples of why we need it, but think about this, discord: It's another thing you can monetize with, make role slots according to level (30+ boosts can be 1000 or infinite roles). There's no reason not to unless you have some spaghetti code for the roles. Actually maybe that's why you haven't added more slots and why saving roles takes 15 seconds.

Anyway, here's reasons:
- Realistically, there's a lot of roles any server needs by default so the available amount is less than 250. 10-30 bot integrations, 4 staff roles, 1 everyone-role, 4 pronoun roles, and a couple of dividers. So like 40 roles just for the default stuff.

- Any server where people want to select their thing/group in [server subject] so they can find like minded people is going to need more than 250. For example: Countries, Languages, Games, Idols, Artists, animals, shows, movies, characters, device models, brands, pokemon, roleplay, group assignments, etc...

- Everyone wants their own role. Because that's just cool. This is a totally valid thing to want. Why deny them this in a well-boosted server?
