Discord account disabled - only bot responses

My discord account was disabled for violating the Terms Of Service. I did not violate the TOS in any way. I may have been in a server that has bad people in it but never did I send messages to non community servers. Whenever I try to contact Discord support, no matter what is in the email, the discord bot replies with "Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account.". This will be the response even if I email something that doesn't relate to the ban at all. I had bought Discord nitro in January and have tons of friends that I can no longer contact. I have tons of progress and important stuff on that account and I need it to be unbanned.

    Instead of emailing Discord, make a ticket with Discord Trust and Safety. Theyll open up an investigation, and help you solve the matter from there. Good luck mate ^^

    I have already contacted the Trust and Safety service via the Discord site, explained my problem and I also received an automatic answer. What can I do ?

    My friend is having a similar issue. His account was disabled for "violating TOS or Community Guidelines" but he did make a ticket and only got a bot response saying they "won't reinstate the account", again without a reason actually being given. Is there anything he can still do or is he just screwed?

    Same with me, I don't Think Discord cares enough to actually do anything about it.
