a toggle or option to allow/prevent pinging the owner of the server

some people like to be funny and @"serverowner" which isnt allowed in many many servers and is bannable in alot of them so a toggle in server settings to prevent them from doing so would be really appreciated , and further more add this option but to any chosen person (chosen in the server settings) so he doesnt even have to be the owner
