Read Messages from Followed Channels

Just a suggestion I thought up that is not necessarily urgent but could be useful to some. I'm in a few servers that follow channels from various Discord Community servers. 

As it happens, I am also in a few of those same community servers. 

I just thought it would be convenient if the Community server recognized that you read all its messages in the other server that follows it.
