Full Role permission but shows padlock symbol

Hi,
The admin gave me full mod permissions (everything green tick marked) but still shows up locked and can't change my own role name.

I think this is a bug. Is there a way to fix this problem?

  You cannot edit your highest role. If you could, you could give yourself permissions you are not supposed to have. But you should be able to edit roles below you.
