What Is The Time Out On a Phone Number?

So I made a mistake about a month ago. I made a alt account and use my phone number on it. Of course I forgot what the login is for it. So when I try to verify my main discord account I can. I just get a text saying that my phone number is already used. I know that there is a time out. But how long is the time out that I can use my number on my real account again. Or is there a way to fix this? Please help.
