account disabled for under age when i'm not

my account has been deactivated for under age despite having nitro, two factors and a connected phone (I am 17 and the age of digital consent in Italy is 14). I contacted the trust and safety team with all the information 4 days ago and they still haven't answered me. they just sent me a confirmation email with the ticket number. Is it true that my account will be deleted in 1 week or 1 month? it wouldn't make sense since they give me a chance to make the appeal. Do you give me the opportunity to contest a ban and then delete my account before even taking my request into consideration?
