Account disabled, need help
Just one post as a center it is. My buddy had his Discord account suddenly disabled 11 days ago (Friday April 16th) with the notice that it "violated Terms of Service or Community Guidelines".
He tried to appeal the disable and was given "We will not reinstate the account." He tried multiple tickets and even contacting them using Twitter but no response. Is there a way that he can get his account back? I feel like the people he said were hunting him for so long may have just massreported him. Can I help in any way? Who can he contact to have this stuff resolved?

Should he make another ticket? Try to email directly? What is he supposed to do now?
