Option to disable the "Streaming their screen" status.

I'd like to be able to disable my status changing to "Streaming their screen" when I go live and share my screen. I often get DMs from people asking what I'm streaming, and frankly, it's none of their business!

  Especially when you set your status to offline! What’s the point of being “offline” if everyone can still tell that you’re not?
