[Suggestion] Server Privacy Custom Settings

Because of the dm verification of bots in other servers it would be great if there is a custom setting for the server privacy defaults. I usually keep my dm off to everyone as a default, so it's a bit troublesome if I join to other discord server that has a dm verification bots. There are other bots too, That you need to open your dm.
