Make all servers use the entirely new permissions interface.

It might not seem significant, but some servers are still stuck on the previous interface.

Now that's just too classy, right?

What about switching all servers, community or not, to the newer interface?

TADA! Now that's handier.

Pros:

1. Convenience is key.

2. Every server has the same interface.

Cons:

1. For people that don't know about it, it may take time to adjust.
