Disabling @all notifications is far too convoluted. There needs to be a button or a switch that COMPLETELY disables everything but single @ mentions universally

Disabling mentions should be a 2 click thing. This whole 'suppress X' is far too complicated, and I've been using discord for three years.

Imagine a new user seeing these. They 100% won't be able to understand what these mean even, let alone disable them.
