A way to change ownership of a server via member/staff voting?
At least in community discords, if there were a feature to change ownership via members or server staff voting that would be very helpful.
See there are times where the owner is not someone willing to hand over ownership to someone more capable and the members are left unhappy. We have a large community server but most of it including staff are unhappy with the current owner of the server. They are immature, childish and handle things terribly, and a lot of times don't agree with staff nor take staff approval. I could go on and on but in short, yeah the owner is highly incapable of owning such a large server.
Moreover the current ownership transfer request to discord is not sufficient enough to change ownership of the server, because the owner may remain active and handle the server poorly while doing so. And having transfer of ownership in only the owner's hands can well be quite problematic.
Before you suggest making a brand new server, when it's a community server with a large number of members (over 1.3k) it is not quite as easy to simply change servers for everyone. Add to that the amount of content our members have put up within the server. It isn't easy to transfer all of it over to a new server.
If there was a way for members or at least the staff to vote for a new owner unanimously it would be most helpful and save our community and countless others in similar predicament.

No way Jose!
The owner should stay the owner, and your suggestion is basically forcing ownership transfer.
Plus, what if a raider was chosen to take ownwership?
