Audit Log improvements

When another user deletes a message, it is recorded in the audit log. For many servers we could use this to be added to individual users as well as bots due to the commonality being an unread message or a ping is sent out, but the individual or a bot deletes it and thus everyone is pinged or messaged but no record exists. For moderation purposes, this could allow people to do things both against ToS and against server rules specifically, and get away with it. It would be beneficial if we could see when a user deletes their own message, and if possible, the message contents as well.
