Remove Transfer server ownership from disable account feature

make it where like if someone wants to take a mental break from discord they can hit disable account button without being prompt to hand over server ownership to someone this should be removed from the disable account feature but not for the account deletion 

im terrible at descriptions but i thought this would be a good idea

    Or, you know, you could just uninstall discord.
