Normalize all users' mic volumes

Have a way to set a common volume, and have all users' volumes normalize to that volume. Having to individually adjust each user is annoying, especially when their volume changes day to day.

  Same i agree, something like right clicking the voice channel you're in and setting a overall volume slider.
