Can we get banned for underage when account creation?

Hello discord user, I have an account which was created when I was underage( I'm above 13 now). And I got banned from a server for being underage when the account was created. So umm can I get banned for that?

    Greatings Arbyte, yes you can get banned for that since you violate the ToS.
