Maximum persons in a channel join ability

Hello everyone,

it would be very nice if Discord adds a setting that allows people to join full channels, for example there is a room with 4/4 people. You give someone the ability to get in there without having administrator-rights. (Make a setting in a role that allows them to join although the room is full)
