More detailed role permissions

I wanted to give the @everyone role the ability to pin messages but that rule is attached to another one that gives them the ability to delete messages from other members (the Manage Messages permission) but I only want one of those things. So it would be nice if there was a bit more flexibility with which permissions we can give.
