I made a paypal refund of discord gifts and it got me banned

Hello,two days ago someone hacked onto my discord account and as I had my paypal account with card information attached to it, someone bought Discord Nitro and Discord Nitro classic gifts. After I saw a payment information on my mail I changed my passwords to email and discord account. I made a ticket on discord support about my account getting hacked and my card information could have been stolen. I contacted my bank and they disabled my card. Bank suggested me to contact discord (I already contacted them) and PayPal. And I propably made a huge mistake, because I didn't wait for discord's response. So when I got onto my PayPal I marked payments of gifts as payment fraud and it caused my discord account to get disabled because I violated Terms of Service. I didn't know, that it will end up with my account getting disabled. I already created another ticket through discord support mail and I told them what happend.

And I have a question here. Is there a chance that I will get my discord account back after I requested a chargeback from PayPal?

    Same problem here, my account has the same hack and nitro also got buyed. I clicked on the mail and got logged out if discord while I was on a call. Then I got an Email that password and email got changed. I got my money back but the account aint banned. Wating for discords response.

    I have a different story, but my account was banned to. I was banned for "malicious hacking, fraud, account or credit card cracking, and/or attempting to damage a computer network or machine." I never did anything. The support team never responds back. I emailed them so many god damn times. No response and when I got one, it was boted.

    V3N0M yes... I know. Discord support sucks 😕. The only thing they do is changing the logo to an ugly wannabe game controller... Unfortunately there is no other app than discord where all these people are. I payed money for this app and this is the appreciation ? Discord is very very very bad.

    I got unbanned after a few days and they told me to never again charge back cash via paypal or my account will get blocked permanently

    Why are they so heavy handed, I've just been banned for requesting an unauthorised change be refunded. It's such a draconian way to behave

    imma be honest you better of just refunding it over Paypal . Ive been waiting for allmost 3 weeks now and havent gotten any refund. Just refund it via paypal and make a new account. Ive never had such bad support in my whole life .
