Per-guild/server profile pictures
Users should be allowed to change there profile picture/avatar per server/guild (suggestion).

That feature is apparently "in beta", which means some people do get it, if you're lucky enough to get picked by discord, *and* if you pay for Nitro. The fact that it's random pisses me off, since I'm already getting pushed out of RP groups since I can't customize my avatar for the groups...
