Making offline members invisible turning it on and off option

Some people like their offline members visible and some people want it invisible, and reaching 100 members automatically makes your offline members invisible which left some people dissented and even if they remove that option some other people want it also, so an off and on option and making it available for people who haven't reached 100 members would help us tremendously.
