Well I don't know much about the nitro or billing support but I know is that when you click on sketchy websites they steal your information. I would have called the banking company and the discord support team so they can deal with this. So good luck on the appeal.

What you did is called a chargeback, and is also a violation of Discord TOS. Under the "YOUR ACCOUNT" section you will find two relevant statements. The first is "You are responsible for your log-in credentials and for any activity resulting from the use of your log-in credentials or other activity on your account (“Account”) on the Service."

and the second "You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your log-in credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur through the use of your credentials or otherwise on your Account. You agree to notify us immediately if you believe the confidentiality of your log-in credentials has been compromised or if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account."

Discord has no way to know if you authorized then charged back on them, and if your account was truly compromised then disabling it is a reasonable response to prevent further damage to your wallet. Discord has a refund policy of 5 days for Nitro and server boosts.

As far as disputing it way paypal goes, I'm not sure if you know this but pretty much every online service will respond to such disputes by banning the associated accounts. So if you have a Steam account I'd highly advise you to never go that route unless absolutely necessary, plenty of people have gotten their accounts suspended for this very thing.

You will have to wait for Discord to respond, they're the only ones who can help you with this.
