help needed asap
my discord account was recently falsely disabled i sent emails to discord support trying to appeal i will give a screen shot for what i was banned for but i have people who can vouch that i am not a robot i wasn't spamming people or attacking people i within 1 hour after my appeal email was made it was rejected so either this was a mistake via a discord bot or i was falsely reported please help asap in this tweet/video (youtube video is linked) i go more in detail i await a repsonse https://twitter.com/xdDevion_YT/status/1396845254725316614

Well for me discord disabled my account without emailing me, And when I reached out to one of the support team a bot replied saying they can't reactivate my account. I have been a member since March 18, 2018. I hope they can tell me what I did wrong so I can fix it. But they didn't.

yeah they just told me i was being banned for being a spam bot and when i appealed they rejected it and gave me no proof i did what i was banned for

on the other side my twitter account was suspended for something i didn't do i appealed it and five minutes after the appeal was sent i was unbanned that makes me extra mad

No one here could possibly help you with this, further more we don't have nearly enough information to assist you even if we could. Other than your word and the testimony of your friends. Also, discord hasn't told you exactly why you've been banned all it says is "Spam and/or Platform Abuse" and "Anti abuse measures may have flagged your account" keyword being "may" it could also be none of those reasons.
For all we know you were reported for harassment, either way there's nothing other Discord members can do for you. Contact Discord and reach out to their customer support.0 -

losing my discord account is = to me being sent into the dark ages, i use discord for everything like chatting with friends gamming and meeting new people etc

I might be wrong, so you should submit a ticket to discord asking for clarification. But to my knowledge discord TOS doesn't prohibit you from just making a new discord account after you've been banned.

Select "Trust & Safety" and then when asked "How can we help" select " Appeals, age updates and other questions" and simply ask them if you can make a new account. The ban evasion section of community guidelines to my knowledge only applies to individual discord servers and attempting to circumvent blocks/bans handed out by individuals.0 -

Bro I have been staying up all night trying to figure this thing out. I feel like they are going to delete my account without reading my appeal. I have been emailing others and stuff. I'm going to lose my friends who were there for me in the tough times. I just don't know if they are going to appeal my account or not.

yeah no they most likely are 14-30 days after the account is disabled its deleted

if i ever wanna play games again in some of the discords i used to i have to go back in under a fake name with a new account because i got banned on a sever i normaly play on because i was on an alt and discord isn't listening so i can get my main back

dankmemer.exe If you were banned from a server by the server owner or admins, there is absolutely nothing you can do. You are not allowed to circumvent server bans or user blocks.
Also for the record, I do not work for nor am I affiliated in anyway what so ever with Discord or it's moderation. So bringing your friends to vouch for you to this forum wouldn't accomplish anything. You will have to sort this out with Discord.
Opening duplicate tickets for the same reason is highly unlikely to help you, my recommendation is to wait for discord to reply and go from there. If they don't reply, seek clarification on the rules regarding making new accounts after having yours disabled and start over fresh.
You don't need to tell people you're on an "alt" because that's technically not true. Your old account is gone and will be deleted after a certain period of time, therefore you only have one account.0 -
i got the same automated robot response i got from the last 2 times i sent an email so im not getting my account back and my mental heath has tanked 78% in 3 days so its safe to say i hate the internet now

i've lost all hope because discord support is so incompetent they can't get a human to review my appeal but in place of that i get robot responses from most likely the same discord bot that banned me

the odds were never in my favor if they didn't take the time to look at account before banning it they're not gonna take the time to look at it again before rejecting my appeal im just not getting my account back
