My Discord account got hacked by a server? there is no response from support, just a bot (Clyde).

So my a few days ago I was chatting with my friends as usual when I received a notification (a mention message to be specific) from a server which I never joined from any link and never received an invitation, this server just appeared or somehow I was put into (that's why I said I was hacked). So I noticed the existence of this server and I checked it to see if maybe a friend was also inside that server but no, only me and hundreds of random people. As soon as I decided to leave the server and proceeded to click the "leave server" button, my session was closed and I instantly received this e-mail from Discord saying that my account was disabled. I've been trying to contact support via "support@discordapp.com" and "@discord" on twitter because those are the ways we as users are supposed to contact them but I didn't received any support from anyone, just the same answer from Clyde and that was not helpful at all. If there is any real way to contact support for me and for many other users that may be having this same problem, it would be very helpful.

I know that this is not the right place to post this kind of things but I have no other choice, I really miss chatting with my friends I had on my main account, I'm using this account to try to communicate my problem to some of my friends and to post this, but, my main acc is 𝕯𝖎𝖊𝖌𝖔#4668

I really don't know if I will receive any response or support from this post but thank you in advance.

    I hope this dude gets his account back, I wouldn't like to get my account enabled if something like this happened to me, at the end discord is what keeps us connected through these hard times.

    I really hope discord can resolve this problem cause this is unacceptable, unintelligible actions discord took with this dude's account. This actions must also be recorded by discord's servers and search irregularities in the system.

    Hi Blizzard!

    I am happy to hear some kind of response that does not come from Clyde and thank you for that, but, I have sent my request and again received a response from Clyde that is not very helpful. I am trying not to lose faith but there is less and less help on this, I hope to get some kind of help soon. I really don't want to lose my account.
