Channel Splashscreen
Discord implemented a feature where when you join a server, a splash screen shows up with the rules and you have to accept them before actually being able to do anything in that server.
I was thinking of also implementing this on specific channels, channels where it has specific rules for messages, topics, questions, etc. since a lot of people like to disregard the channel topic/description and not read it or can't comprehend the channel name. Maybe even a feature for voice channels.
The overall idea here is to limit new users from being able to send messages in specific channels before accepting the rules that are splashed right in front of them. This then gives administrators or moderators the permission to ban someone because they can't use the excuse of "Oh, I didn't see the rules; my bad, it won't happen again." which is very old.

membership screening is basically this. Please check out each feature's purpose before suggesting. Thank you!
