Discord support is very slow.

 

Because of this, their inaction has led to my bank account cancelling what is obviously a fraudulent transaction with Discord (several gift purchases totalling almost $85) which led to them disabling my account.

 

Bearing in mind I had already contacted their support twice regarding this issue, the fact that I then got my account disabled is actually quite ridiculous. Had Discord been a bit quicker here there would be no issue. And now I'm banned, they are flat out refusing to speak to me (Or maybe their support is VERY SLOW who knows). This is honestly unacceptable and there is no way to escalate these issues or chat with someone directly. What is the point in providing a phone number if they won't phone you?

     IKR THEY JUST BANNED ME FOR WRONG REASONS AND JUST SEND BOTTED RESPONSES.

    The Discord support team have around 100 support tickets coming every hour, they do an incredible job in keeping discord a brilliant and safe place. If you have a problem with them, then maybe contact them again. As a fact, I see that the username you used to post this is quite inappropriate, hence the fact why your account was disabled. If you have a problem with your bank, contact them and discord at the same time. If they don't want to help you because of your excessive rudeness you are appointing them right now then that is fine. They have a lot of work with hundreds of posts coming in every hour so I would at least, give them the respect they deserve. Also a reply to V3N0M's comment: You probably spammed someone, or sent a link that identified as suspicious. They have bots that detect things like that, if you have a problem, just contact discord and appeal for an unjustly ban.

    ydupc First of all, I've contacted them on multiple occasions and have yet to hear anything other than a bot response. Secondly, what is wrong with my username? Clearly not a fan of Bioshock I see :/ And in defense of V3N0M, even if he did contact Discord support, he'd have the same luck I am having right now, no response in almost a week :/ Also, my account was not banned for my inappropriate username which I've had for several years now, so clearly it can't be that innapropriate.
