Verification permission for roles

Simple suggestion. In the interest of warding off transient raids on a discord server, it would be useful to temporarily require phone verification, but many of my users express privacy concerns with that and are unable to post at all while I have this enabled.

Would it be possible to add a role permission for a user to bypass verification requirements to speak on a server? So having a verified role wouldn't stop my users from being able to use my server.
