Fasley disabled account

My account (not this one) was disabled for "participating or promoting the automation of user accounts, aka self-bots. I received these weird promotion messages from the carl bot asking me to join servers, when I would check the messages it had me auto-join the servers or said I was already in a server I never heard of. I also received another weird message that I think was a promotion but got deleted as soon as I checked. This is the only reason I can think of why my account got disabled and I'm pretty bummed out about it. It also got disabled the day after I got nitro. And yes I have already emailed them (2 times to make sure it went through properly) I just wanted to know if there's anything else I need to do to confirm my account is recovered/that discord responds to my email. Oh and also I have 2 servers on the disabled account that are important to me, if my account sadly gets deleted do these servers disappear too??

    My account was also  disabled on may 26 and the email I sent for my ticket was (stuff in bold is discords email):
