Account disabled due to nitro subscription

So my account got disabled for an apparent chargeback that happened for my nitro subscription. The bank apparently had a dispute with the purchase and did a chargeback that I did not authorize and discord disabled my account due to the chargeback. I'm currently trying to withdraw the chargeback as I wasn't trying to cancel my nitro subscription. What should I do?

    the thing you should do is cancel the charge back and send them a ticket that u have canceled the chargeback and tell them everything

    I have requested a withdrawal of the chargeback and they said that it should be undone in about 6 business days. All I need to do now is wait for a response from Discord.

    Hey I found this through another post you two were discussing this on, and I saw you both got your accounts re-enabled. I am in a similar situation where it has been 2 days since I put in the ticket (the morning of Saturday March 19th, within an hour of when my account was disabled) And I have contacted my bank and they said they are currently waiting on the merchant (Discord's) response to the dispute. They say they can't withdraw it unless discord responds negatively to it since the temporary credit is already made as of Friday the 18th.

    If possible, I know this is an old thread but may either of you assist me with this?
