direct democracy discord

now this might sound kinda silly, but what about the ability to make a discord server a direct democracy. (a governing system where every individual votes on every matter). if this was an optional feature that would be kinda cool because then you could give mods more power and the ability to govern other mods without them having total control. 

 what im picturing is a system where a mod could lets say propose to revoke the power of a mod who...   I dunno...   keeps abusing his admin power by moving people in and out of chats in a shit post fashion. they would so this by creating some kind of poll in a admin only chat ( or a public one at that) and if 80% of votes or more are in favor of a revoking of power it happens. there would have to be time limits on when you can vote to keep people from changing there vote 3 months later and such. 

then this would allow for mods to have punishment from other mods if they miss behave. and if it goes wrong somehow the server owner is still there to mop up any messes.
