I forgot my discord auth/backup codes

Ive been locked out if my discord account for a long time. I remember the exact gmail and password but I forgot my auth/backup codes. Is there any possible way to get the codes back, or for me to anyway to get my account back. I remember using a app to get a code and set it up but its been such a long time i even forgot the app.
