Discord banned me without to much info.

Hello, I got banned from discord around yesterday and I emailed them for an appeal. I was confused on why I was banned but they said I broke guidelines, but they didn't say what I did. I have been using discord for almost 4 years now and never have seen this. A bot responded my email and said this. 

Clyde (Discord) May 24, 2021, 12:21 PDT Hello, Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account. Sincerely, Discord Trust & Safety I was confused on why I got banned so I did another appeal to find out why. I hope its a human and not a bot.

  I'm not personally sure how you got banned either, and I'm also not certain what you think regular discord members just like yourself can do about it. It's not unusual for platforms to with hold their reason for banning you. In the Discord TOS under "Termination" section it reads
  
  "The Company may terminate your Account and your access to the Service (or, at the Company's sole option, applicable portions of the Service) at any time and for any reason."
  
  They don't have to tell you, but maybe they will? I honestly have no idea and that would be completely up to Discord.
