What about a clientID ban that's connected with your userID? 

if the user gets banned, they just make a new account and rejoin to f round again.  

but, if the user gets banned with his ClientID, and makes a new account, and tries to join again, the clientID says, "bro, you already have an account on discord and that account got banned, so you still don't get access."

  A ClientID? Like a ID for your Discord client? Sounds kinda stupid to be because most users bypass bans using VPNs and the browser. Discords bans both UserID and IP rn. A better solution would be to ban Hardware IDs. I don't think that would ever happen but it would be pretty pog :)
