Role Filter Levels

I think it would be a good idea to allow server owners to set different explicit content filters for different roles. I have a friend on my server who finds it funny to post nsfw content in the general channel, and i'm sure that's not an experience unique to me. At the moment the only options are no scanning, scanning people without roles, or scanning everyone. I'd really rather not take away all his roles, and the full filtering does occasionally stop other people from sending sfw stuff that they should be able to send, so it would be really helpful to have this as an option.
