*IDEA* Server administrators and up can see possible alternate accounts made by an user.

*IDEA* This feature would allow server admins and owners to see possible alt accounts made by an user. 

Portions of the feature would include: Tab under server settings showing possible alt accounts made by an user, ability to see alt accounts made by an user under their profile, and ability to ban users and any alt accounts they try to make. 

This could work by identifying multiple accounts that log in on the same IP address (of course the users' IP would not be publicly shared).

This would help server admins greatly in combating raiders and spammers.
