[Feature request] allow private channel sorting and categories

The order and categorization of channels is universal across a server, but this sorting and categorization might not be useful for all server members. Ex: let's say I am in a server with 50 channels, I actively participate in 5 of them, and keep an eye on 3 more; the remaining 42 I have muted. The channels I participate in or keep an eye on are in several different categories, surrounded by many muted channels, making navigating between them unnecessarily difficult. Being able to group them into custom categories that are just for me, or sort the channels and categories so the things I care about are at the top of the lists, would make this much easier.
