Cannot see channel but permissions are correct

Hello,

I have an issue with permissions on our server. The server is 4-5 years old and it's well organized with multiple channels and roles.

But once in a while a new member joins and they cannot see anything in a specific channel, they see the message that they don't have permission. However the permissions for that role in that channel are correct and that member has that role.

The weird thing is that this only happens for 1 out 100 members that receive that role. The others don't have any issues with that channel.

Is there any reason of a fix to this issue?
