My Discord account was disabled after someone doxxed me.

I'm writing this on a different account, my main account is Querxes#0001, I'm the owner of a 1700 member server.

Yesterday my account was disabled, right after a doxxing attempt someone did on me, and somehow, they managed to get my account taken down, + doxxing me.

I don't know how discord support is handled however this seems incredibly problematic, I've sent multiple mails trying to have them re review it, and making sure that I haven't done anything wrong in my use of discord for 4 years daily. But instead of getting a mail with useful information, I was given a mail saying the account would not be reinstated, including no mention of the actual specific reason for my banning.

    Hi, my account got hacked and the hacker sent phishing links offering free fake nitro, I was banned 2 hours after my friend warned me on instagram. I am therefore 200% sure that it was not me who broke the rules of discord and I tried to prove to them by the fact that I have access to my mailbox, that several of my friends who received the messages can serve as evidence, I also sent private chat screenshots with them showing that this was indeed my account. I've had it for 3 years, I'm an admin on servers with more than 200 members and it's my only way to have a good time with my friends during the holidays. I sent 4 emails, all refused with each time a little more proof, it breaks my balls. So I thought it might not be because of that that I got banned, so I asked support "I would like to know why it was disabled", and they replied " You should have received an email with more information regarding this violation. If you have any questions as to what behavior resulted in your account being disabled, please refer to that email. " except that other than telling me that I broke the rules and that my problem was solved the other mails do not say why I was banned. 2 hours to ban an account among so many others, 30 hours of waiting between each response to messages with evidence from a human. Discord support is the most useless thing ever.
