Lost a 5 year old server in an instant

Unfortunately, one of the member of my server, which I only let close friends in, got hacked today and the hacker deleted every channel that existed. This, in itself, is pretty frustrating, as I have lost thousands of messages and moments of "childhood", since the server is 5 years old. My frustration is not thowards my friend that got his account hacked, but more thowards Discord for not having any tool available to restore changes in the audit log. A few clicks and boom, 5 years of messages restored. If it is possible to restore channels, please tell me.
