I've been locked out of my account for over two weeks now. Support is not helping, or even telling me why.

I was in the middle of a conversation with a friend, when I got an error message saying that "Something's Going on Here" and demanding that I "verify" my account with my phone number. But it won't take it, because landline and VoIP lines aren't considered "valid".

I tried contacting support, but what I got was an automated response claiming that the support person "checked with his team" and the system "activated successfully", followed by repeating that "VOIP and landlines are not compatible with their verification system". Well, that's a problem, because those are THE ONLY NUMBERS I HAVE. I explained that in my message, and the response didn't acknowledge that at all, which makes me think it's a bot.

I just want to talk to a real person who can sort this out. I've been using this account just fine for FOUR YEARS now, and have friends I can only contact through Discord. I have over a dozen notifications from them that I can't access. I'm happy to read squiggly text or identify stop signs or whatever to prove I'm a human; it's not my fault Discord's system isn't compatible with my goddamn phone number.

    They wont, they gain a tons of money and didn't even have a chat support. :) Think about changing the platform for your voice chats. ♥

    I'm already considering that. But I at least want to get back into my account so I can tell my friends where to find me.
