My account was hacked and wrongfully disabled

This is my first post on here. 
I've emailed Discord support multiple times and they haven't been listening to me so I might as well leave my story here in the hopes that something comes out of it.

On June 1st, at midnight and around 1:00 AM EDT, my account was hacked while I was asleep. The hacker bypassed 2FA and sent my entire messaging list a link to a Mega file that contained a virus. 
Because of this, Discord disabled my account for violating their rules about spam and fraud. 

I sent them 6 support tickets with evidence and all of them resulted in me getting the same automated response from Discord telling me that my account will not be restored and that it will be completely terminated in 14-30 days. 

My friend also made sure to take screenshots of conversations between us before and after my account got compromised. I'll leave them here.

I've tried everything. I messaged them multiple times via Twitter DMs, I tagged them in multiple posts on Twitter, and never got any kind of response back.

I'm at my wit's end now because I have a lot of messages on here between me and friends that I love reading back and I'm in a lot of servers with really amazing people. 

I know and understand that I'm talking to a brick wall at this point, but it's worth trying. 

Discord if you're reading this, please have a human look over and verify my account's activity prior to it getting hacked. Thank you.

    happend to me bro, they wont do shit its so annoying. They boutta perma deleted my account cause a hacker got into my account like wtf is this service

    it's a different story for me i want my account to be deleted or get access back into it someone logged in on it and changed my email and password and now i can't login or delete it discord isn't answering my emails

    I have just recently got hacked and my account disabled. Now I have little to no hope to be getting my account back.

    I have also been sending emails and no response. I'm pretty sure I'm never getting it back. 

    Man discord has trashy moderation AND support team.

    my account got hacked and discord saying i was the one who violating our terms of service or community guidelines when it wasnt me it was the hacker and i dont think people run discord i think it only run by bots for when you email them you dont get a human to talk to you you get an automated response to your ticket tells me it a bot not a human for who ever made discord dont really care what happens on discord i had my account for about 5 years, and i dont have no other way to connect lot of my friends i had on my account that got disable for where i met some of them dont play the games anymore or i had met them on discord and it not easy to add them for they change there names on discord i want my account back for i didnt do no wrong it was the hacker

    As of today it has been 10 days with bot responding to me. Only thing I got is.

    Must send from email that is associated with account.

    It seems you have been disabled due to violation, your account won't be reinstated

    This is BS why am I getting punished for a hackers actions.

    Discord can you fix your stupid bot and get our accounts back on track

    The same thing just happened to me and I'm desperate to get my account back.
    It's really unfortunate that there aren't more people looking into these kinds of things. The reason for the ban literally has nothing to do with what we did and it sucks

    same, lost an account where i genuinely manage important servers due to a hackers actions, shouldve never opened that scam link

    I still haven't gotten a response from Discord about my account. It was disabled when the hacker tried to buy server boosts and I refunded them. I just want all my stuff back.
