Discord Account Hacked (Token Grabbed)

Hello, I’m going to say my situation and also not I have tried to contact discord support a lot but automated messages are all i get back to with no luck of an unban. Anyway here goes the situation. One day I was just browsing discord like usual and come across someone sending me a file. I downloaded this file and ran it in curiosity to what it was and not realising that it could be malicious but it wasn’t picked up by malwarebytes anyway. This application appeared to do nothing so i’ve been ignoring it. The following day in the morning as soon as i get onto discord i realise all these messages sent to everyone at the exact same time and at the time I first went onto discord. I immediately reset my password and deleted as many messages as possible and i was busy in the morning going to school but i was thinking in my head about what i should do and that i was going to contact discord support in the arvo when i’m home from school. However, when i tried logging in to my account in the afternoon it was disabled. I couldn’t log into the account. I recieved an email saying my account was banned etc etc for breaking terms of service. This wasn’t me breaking the terms of service. And the only reason i think it was banned is not because it was hacked but because the messages were all sent at the same time. The ban reason was suspicious account activity and potential self bot. I immediately wrote up a ticket explaining everything but only heard back from bots. I thought they were gonna understand that my account was banned and i tried to explain in the end but i’m still waiting for a discord reply on the ticket for around 16+ days. So i’m not really sure what to do tbh and this discord account is really important to me so feedback would also be important to me as well. Also note that 2fa was enabled but from my understanding tokens bypass 2fa?? not really sure but must of which I think is ridiculous and just defies the whole point of having 2FA. But anyway it’s discord so I hope it all gets resolved in the end and also note that there are still some messages that i couldn’t delete and that since the account is only disabled some people still have those messages on their inbox which makes them also vulnerable without warning. So please discord get to the root of this person doing this and fix them up and please make it so these issues don’t happen again. Also I own a discord server with 500 members (active) and I know i can transfer ownership I think if it’s even in requirements but not sure if it’s worth doing because i might get my account back?? What will happen to my account?? Anyway, that’s the situation if you had the bother to read all that please respond if you have any feedback it would be extremely valuable to me because well discord isn’t giving me any feedback.     Dizzer, thank you so much for your response.
    I already have made a ticket on the email that the disabled account is on but haven’t received a response from discord for around 16 days and more. Can I get some way to contact you through facebook, discord or some other service? I have no one to talk to regarding this issue and i really need someone to talk to in order to solve this issue however discord isn’t contacting me and is just either ignoring or not contacting me. Thanks.

    Hello again,

    My post above is pending approval not sure if this one will get through but however,
    I just get the same response from discord support saying they will not reinstate my account. The bot just keeps sending that message and i don’t think they read what i say. What can i do?

    I haven't heard a response from discord on the ticket for about 17 days now. I received a bot message that said they will not reinstate my account around 12 days ago and yet to hear back from discord. I really hope i do get my account back because whoever has done this to me wanted my account to be banned and they have just received what they wanted. This affects me a lot as well since the account is really valuable to me and I didn't break the terms they did. Is there any way discord and check to see it was compromised so I could possibly get my account back? This ticket or any of my tickets don't get me anywhere. I haven't heard one response from any discord user on my account. I can't log in to my discord account since it's disabled so I can't check tickets through there either I have to use email. So I'm not really sure where the ticket stands.

    Maybe because you take so much time to answer to hacked account ? My account was trusted by people which makes it easier for the script kiddy to abuse more victims. I'm exactly at the same point of jakepronger waiting for my ticket while this kid enjoys my nitro account admin of servers. Nice. don't count on me to renew my nitro sub.

    Hello,

    Did you recover your account by any chance ? I'm in the exact same case as you, but can't recover my account either.
    However, i know this is possible, since one of my friends with the same hacking issues could recover his account by messaging Discord on Twitter.
    He probably got his account back because he owns a certified server, but that proves that this is possible for Discord to recover our accounts.

    Did someone got his account back ? I got tokengrabbed and discord support take sooooo long to answer, they ban pleople in second bc they are using better discord but people who got hacked they don't give a duck.

    Haven't responded to this in ages because Discord suppressed my account but I've seen the comments. Their support is ridiculous, fully automated and don't read your tickets. For example I have a ticket open right now and there reffering me to trust and safety after I was requesting a server transfer from my exact same hacked account. Don't bother.
