[Suggestion] Phone Verification Removal

Add a way for phone verification to be removed from an account through text or call. No interaction with the account that has the number has to occur simply, if you have the number, you can choose to verify your own account and remove it from an account that would be compromised due to it having the verification number out of its possession.

    Or make it so the system doesn't go crazy and say "something is going on here" if you remove your phone number from the account.
