Add AV1 support already...

As many others have requested, this REALLY needs to be enabled. It's literally a win win situation for Discord as they would save bandwidth.

Electron which Discord is based on already supports it, so Discord just needs to enable the embeds for it.

Netflix has it, YouTube has it, Facebook is planning to do it, Vimeo using some AV1, Twitch plans to roll it out in 2022/2023 for some content and be universally supported in 2024/2025

Even the Chinese video platform iQIYI supports AV1.

Even most major browsers support it. Firefox, Chrome, Opera and even Edge...

VLC and MPC supports AV1 too. Even Windows 10 Film and TV app if you add the AV1 extension from their store, although it being laggy.

There is 0 reason for not enabling embed for AV1.

  AV1 is now hardware Decode supported on current gen graphics cards, its time
