Discord refuses to reply to all my age update appeals after disabling my account
I got an email on 3rd of June at around 4 am (GMT+5:30) that my account had been falsely disabled by discord for a violation of ToS. It stated that I was below the age of 13 and needed to confirm my age otherwise the account would be deleted. Well, I've sent all the proofs needed which included me holding my birth certificate on which my date of birth is visible, as well as a page on which my discord tag is written, which is also visible. But for convenience's sake, I attached another picture of just by birth certificate (which they can just look at the two images and confirm that they are the same), yet its been over 12 days and I've got no replies. I've been told an account gets deleted after 14 days of it disabling and I'm reaching that day quick fast. I do not want to loose a discord account which I've used for over 2 years and made many friends even after I falsify all the false reasons I got banned for in the first place. My discord tag is- That Stressed Guy#6787. And the appeal ticket number is- 14246859. I would greatly appreciate if a discord staff reviews my appeals and finally let me use my account.

Hi there, I did actually follow all age based guidelines mentioned in the ToS. I am by no means below the age of 13, which my proofs in my appeal prove. The real problem is the deletion of my account. The usual time an account gets deleted is after 14 days after its disabling, and it has already been 12 days. I wanted to make this clear that I provided the proofs that you need to say I'm fit to use discord while I have not gotten any response nor the access to my account. It is honestly scary that I might loose a discord account I used for around 2 years just because someone falsely reported me to be below 13.

For sure, I do appreciate atleast someone reaching back to me on this issue. The only problem is what if I don't get a response in the time period given to me which is those 14 days. After which, the account gets permanently deleted.
