Can we delete our account if we lose full access ?

Hello / Good evening, I wanted to know something, if ever we forget our passwords, we lose access to the two-factor authenticator and we lose the second resort codes, can we make a request for account deletion by email to prevent a hacker from doing anything with it ?

    You can open a ticket without logging in. All you have to do is providing your account mail.
