profile roles

you know the roles on servers? but what about roles on your account but only on your account? like it will not be on servers but on your profile so it will like only change the color of your name in dms (but you cant get any permissions of it. just for describing yourself or type there what you want as role name and change the color of the name) but idk if this is a good idea.

    Maybe they could add name colorization to the new profile customization update. I don't think there would be a use for the roles since they are adding an "about me" section to everyones profile soon.

    Yes, adding on to the above, they are adding the 'about me' feature for users. There will be no need for profile roles when the 'about me' feature has a full 190 word description about yourself on your profile that tells people exactly who you are and what you are about.
