Didn't get the Username update despite being eligible

Some days ago, the update got rolled out for Eligible Nitro 2016 users (who got Nitro before March 1, 2023). I & a couple other users were eligible but it didn't roll out for them & seems like we're automatically put in the Non-Nitro group without any damn reasoning. We tried finding similarities between the accounts that were disregarded but it was completely random, we tried going to support but they said that they don't know why this is happening or that they can't, "comment on this issue & sorry". Non-Nitro users are angry at how slow they're getting the update which is understandable, but what about us Nitro users who have infact been paying for this? Why were we disregarded & why is there no explanation? My account creation was in October 2016 & my Nitro sub states that it's since 2022, it wasn't rolled out for me & it's been 2 days, now 2018 Nitro users are getting the update and there is no explanation for us bugged users. How is a billion dollar company bugging this hard?
